The Otherside connects students and families with independent mentors for paid, 30-minute conversations. Mentors share personal experience and practical perspective. They do not provide official admissions, school, employer, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
Bookings and payment
Session prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. A booking is not confirmed until the mentor accepts the request. If a session cannot happen, contact support so we can review rescheduling or refund options.
Respect and safety
Students and mentors are expected to communicate respectfully, attend scheduled calls on time, and use the platform for education-focused guidance. We may remove accounts or cancel sessions that violate that standard.
