Information we collect

We collect the information needed to create accounts, show profiles, schedule sessions, process payments, and provide support. This can include your name, email, profile photo, school or background details, booking details, messages submitted during booking, and payment status metadata from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the marketplace, show relevant mentor and student context, coordinate sessions, process payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Third parties

We use trusted service providers to run the site, including hosting, authentication, database, payments, storage, and video meeting tools. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Your choices

You can update most profile information from your account. To request account deletion, corrections, or help with privacy questions, contact support@theothersidecollege.com.
