  • Who are the mentors?

    Current college students and recent grads who share practical, first-hand perspective on admissions, school fit, and campus life.

  • How long is a session?

    Thirty minutes by default—enough for a focused conversation without calendar overload.

  • How does payment work?

    Students pay by card through Stripe when requesting a session. The mentor receives the request after checkout and can confirm it from their dashboard.

  • Can I reschedule or cancel?

    If something changes, contact support as soon as possible. We review reschedule and refund requests based on timing, mentor availability, and whether the session has already occurred.

  • Is this official advice from my target school or employer?

    No. Mentors share personal experience, not institutional guidance. Always verify anything critical with official sources.

  • What if the mentor doesn’t show?

    Contact support and we will review the session record. If the mentor missed a confirmed call, we will help reschedule or review refund options.
